Despite The Odds Stacked Against Them, They Somehow Survived The Night! Just Long Enough For Him To Them!

Abandoned on the mountainside in cardboard boxes, at the mercy of the elements, and hungry foxes, many boxes are empty by the time rescuers arrive!

Sadly many strays roam the streets of Greece, many of them will never know what it is like to have a home, a family, never knowing what it is like to be loved.

Thankfully for some, organizations like SCARS, an animal rescue organization that works tirelessly to save at least some of them.

In fact last month they rescued 25 young kittens, not to mention cats, dogs, and puppies as well.

One of the SCARS volunteers happens to have a dog named Aragon, a very special dog as it turns out as she likes to go on walks near Mount Immitos. A place where many unwanted pets are abandoned.

All over Greece, many pets are abandoned in the mountains, not just cats and kittens, but puppies, bunnies, and birds.

Usually, they are left out in the open in cardboard boxes, easy prey for hungry foxes. Leaving the boxes empty!

But on one particular occasion, quite the opposite happened!
