Crying For Help, She Is Found Alone On The Sidewalk, Her Paws Burning In The Afternoon Sun!

Found alone on the sidewalk, her paws burned from the hot surface, a tiny kitten is rescued in Hawkesbury, Ontario, and quickly rushed to Foster Mom, Melissa, of Tiny But Mighty Kitten Rescue weighing only 82 grams. Melissa had a plan to place the kitten, named Janie, in an incubator for 2 weeks, bottle-feed her around the clock, and when she was proven to be medically clear, introduce her to a cat mom, named June, who was rescued as a pregnant cat a few weeks prior. And that’s exactly what happened.

Because of all the support Janie received from both Melissa and June, Janie not only survived she grew into a strong healthy cat. One that is now adored by legions of fans all over the world. People could not help but fall in love with her. Both because of her story and also because of her unusual coat. It turns out the unusual silver coloration on her fur is a result of her mother being ill while she was pregnant! Known as a “fever coat” it causes no danger to the kitten, however, she will probably lose it when she gets older.

So sit back and relax and enjoy some amazing photos of this adorable little kitten who beat the odds.
