Rescued From The Streets Separately They Quickly Became Friends To The End, Until One Is Adopted, Leaving Her Best Friend Behind!

Two cats were separately plucked to safety from the streets only to become the best of friends right to the end!

Louie and Luna were on their own when they were rescued from the streets and taken to STAR Rescue, Gainesville, Florida. However, as soon as they met they clicked right away and ended up doing everything together, never once leaving each other’s side.

“Louie is an orange tabby, and Luna is a brown and orange Maine Coon.”

Not long after the feline friends arrived and bonded James and his girlfriend arrived at the shelter to adopt a dog.

“We began hunting for a dog, but since we both work full-time and live in an apartment, we are frequently gone from home and pets need a lot more care,”said James.

“We came to the conclusion that obtaining a cat would be the best course of action.”

“I have always owned cats and am familiar with the requirements for housing them all,” James went on to say.

When the two cats met James and his girlfriend they both fell in love right away, especially Luna.

The couple had intended on only adopting one cat, but they could see how close these two were.

That being the case they decided to keep these two feline friends together and went back for Louie. So both cats found the home of their dreams, and best of all stayed together forever.
