Brought in by a good samaritan after being found unable to walk after an attack by a feral cat, Sunshine, was in a very bad way.
After a thorough inspection, a deep bite mark was found on Sunshine’s spine that had become infected leaving the poor kitten paralyzed.

To top off his suffering Sunshine was also riddled with fleas.
Thankfully one of the vets, Dr. Matt, knew the poor kitten could be successfully treated, even to the point of restoring Sunshine’s ability to walk.
After having a major bath to treat the fleas, Dr. Matt set to work to make this little kitty better again. His muscles were weakened by the infection but within a few weeks, he was able to walk on all fours once again.
Little sunshine made a complete recovery thanks to the diligence of everyone at the Vet Ranch.
