After Rescuing A Stray Kitten She Very Quickly Finds Out It’s Not A Stray Kitten At All!

Driving to a dinner one evening she sees what looks like a bunny running toward a busy road! As she gets closer she realizes it looks more like a kitten!

Tennessee woman Jill Hicks was driving to a dinner on September 20th when she spots what looks like a small rabbit running through someone’s yard toward a very busy road! As she drives closer she realizes it looks more like a stray kitten. She then pulls over to block it from running into oncoming traffic!

“Surprisingly it didn’t run from me,” she wrote on Facebook. “I put it in the car with me and it climbed all over me like a kitten would do, got in the floorboard under my feet, and after stopping a couple of times to get it nestled into my lap, I finally got home with it.”

Jill already a pet owner, with a cat and a dog, made space in her garage for the newcomer. There was a litter box, some cat food, water, and a nice warm bed complete with its own sweater to snuggle into.

Trying to find the kitten a home she even placed a photo on Facebook, thinking the interesting looking feline was a bobtail cat kitten.

Her opinion on what species the cuddly kitten was quickly changed however after she discussed it with a neighbor.
