A 10-year-old boy was near the Pequonnock River, Bridgeport, Connecticut, when he saw a man walk onto the bridge. The boy watched as a cardboard box is thrown by the man straight into the river. He sees it’s wrapped in a plastic bag.
The man then simply walked away as though nothing had happened.
