Sara Budzynowski soon fell in love with Renly while caring for him and his siblings at Wilson Veterinary Hospital where they had been surrendered at only three weeks old. Soon it became clear why she became so attached.
All the kittens were in perfect health except for him. Renly had an infection in his tail which vets had amputated soon after he arrived. Sara was so smitten with the little feline she decided to adopt him and bring him home.
