A kind-hearted individual discovered a gray cat seeking refuge inside an abandoned toilet surrounded by trash.

Though initially timid, the cat allowed petting and was believed to have been abandoned, prompting Meagan Licari, president of Puppy Kitty NY City, to take action upon receiving a video of the cat’s predicament.

Without hesitation, Meagan rescued the cat from the pile of garbage, providing him with a safe haven to decompress.

Despite lacking a microchip and no one claiming ownership, the cat, named Loo, displayed curiosity and hunger upon arrival.
