This Caracals Attitude Speaks Volumes

This video from a Caracal breeder I think says it all. This is one unhappy cat, for good reason too, there’s one place this breed belongs and its not in a cage.

Why people insist on trying to turn healthy wild cats into pets I don’t know. All you are going to end up with is an unhappy animal that longs to be doing what its natural instincts tell it to do.

To force an animal like that to live inside your home or worse inside a cage is just plain wrong and in my view cruel. If you have any doubts at all about what I’m saying, please take the time to view the video below.

If you do, you will see how upset this beautiful cat is, her whole demeanor exudes anger, frustration and resistance her forced captivity. You will see a complete lack of space and therefore freedom as she is teased.

She seems confused and I think would much rather be somewhere else. Somewhere with wide open spaces, somewhere where she can hunt and hide as she pleases. Not locked up and tormented.
