At 17 She Had Lost Everything! After Being Rescued From Abusive Relatives, They Had Never Seen A More Angry, Bitter, And Mistrustful Cat!
As days and weeks went by she began to change.
However, as the days and weeks turned to months, little by little things began to change within Cinnamon.
Staff began to see that just living out her final days were not what Cinnamon wanted, and she began to come out of her shell.
Her carer, Valia Orfanidou, thought she had given her a “home” to spend her final days, and for months she thought this was all she could do. But as it turned out, Cinnamon wanted more from life, and she got it.
She is too old and fragile to be put for adoption, so Valia decided to look after her for the time she has left.
Valia concludes: “Besides, home is where the heart is, and her heart is finally with us, even if it took her six months to surrender.”
