They went to a fast-food outlet looking for a quick lunch and left with a starving kitten.
Some good Samaritans popped into a McDonald’s for a quick lunch and saw an emaciated kitten actually jumping into people’s cars in the parking lot, looking for something to eat!
They took the starving kitten to the nearest shelter to see if anything could be done to help her. The shelter found her to be severely underweight, in addition, she had a severe upper respiratory infection along with just about every parasite you can imagine.
But it doesn’t end there, she also had feline leukemia virus (FeLV), a potentially fatal highly contagious disease in cats. Tigerlily Cat Rescue heard about Beatrix’s situation and decided to try and help, hoping to save the car park kittens life.
