Look Under The Car She Sees A Pair Of Very Frightened Eyes Looking Back At Her!

Walking back home with her Mom she sees a pair of frightened eyes looking up at her from under a car! She takes out a bag of cat food she had just purchased.

In early November, Ariana from Brooklyn, New York City, was coming home with her Mom after a trip to the store when she saw a pair of frightened eyes peering up at her from under a car.

A ginger kitten was hiding out, so Ariana shook a bag of cat food she had just purchased while calling out to the kitten. It worked, because he immediately responded, emerging out from under the car he came running right up to them.

He gave the dry food a quick inspection and sniff, seemingly none too impressed with what was on offer.

So Ariana’s Mom went inside to grab some soft food, this passed the next inspection with flying colors.

“We popped the lid open, which got the kitten’s attention. He followed us back to the house where we placed the soft food outside,” Ariana said.

On her way to work, she saw a cat hiding under a car. On her way home it was still there so she decided to approach it.

Appearing to be in shock the black cat had been sitting under the car for hours.

The meal was wolfed down, with much of it ending up on the hungry kittens head. This didn’t matter however, as once he was finished he was all purrs.

Soon he was snuggling up to Ariana, clearly grateful for his meal. When she went to walk up the stairs to her porch he was right behind her.

Loving all this newfound attention he was winding in out of her legs, reaching up onto her lap with his paws.

“I picked him up and placed him in my lap. His meows were instantly replaced with purrs. I was surprised when he licked my face.”

After contacting several rescue groups to find out how they could help this young kitten, Ariana woke up the next morning to find her four-footed friend waiting for her outside her door.

Waiting rather expectantly for breakfast it disappeared in quick order, almost as soon as it was placed before him. Soon it was raining so he went back to a local car to keep dry. With temperatures falling, along with local children who had come to help, she tried to coax him back out.

“With the help of the children, I was able to get the kitten from under the car, snuck him upstairs and into a room. Finally, he was safe!”

Ariana already had three cats of her own so she had a full house. All she really wanted was to get her new friend off the street and into a loving home where he would get all the attention he needed and deserved.
