She Starts To Feed A Stray Cat In Her Yard, Then Before She Knows It, One By One She Is Introduced To The Rest Of The Family!
One by one they popped out.
“It seemed she was ready to accept more help because she led me over to my shed and I looked and saw a couple of little fluffballs staring back at me. She flopped over on her side and started calling to them to come out and see me.”
At first, the little furballs were too frightened to come out of hiding, but after some patient reassurance by Mom they began to venture out. One by they popped out from under the building, one was so brave he walked right on up to Shea with his tail held high and immediately allowed her to pet him.
“Eventually, after about 10 to 15 minutes, they had all come up to me and let me hold them and pet them.”
Shea knew right away that she needed to take care of this oh so cute family and took them in.
She decided to adopt the Mom and two of the kittens, finding homes for the other kittens when they are old enough.
As of now everyone is doing really well, and Shea decided to start a crowd-funding page to help with expences.
“I started a GoFundMe for vet bills to get mama spayed, and get babies checked out.”
Losing her job due to Coronavirus Shea needs all the help she can get. Especially have Moma cat spayed to avoid any more litters.
“Anything will help, and if there is anything left after vet bills, the remainder will be donated to my local no-kill animal shelter,” she explained.
If you want to help out Prior take care of these adorable fluffballs, you can donate here.
Thank you Shea for taking care of this sweet family despite the difficulties you are currently facing.
