Clearly In Distress He Lay On The Sidewalk As Everyone Just Walked On Past!
When he returned the cat was still there.
He began trying to coax the cat into the carrier by trying to gain the cat’s trust.
It began to work.
With a lot of patience, he lured him into the cat carrier and took him home.
He named him Winston.
It was clear that he’d been indoors before because he made himself at home straight away.
He was given a much-needed bath to help with the fleas. Not a pleasant experience for Winston or his rescuer.
After a trip to the vet, it was discovered that he had many internal parasites, ringworm.
He also had inflammation of the lungs, probably caused by asthma.
After a few days of rest his appetite increased and his energy levels were great so he was ready to go to a foster home.
It didn’t take long for Winston to find a loving family and forever home – nothing but the VIP life for Winston now.
