Found Barely Responsive And Extremely Cold, They Are Determined To Try And Bring Them Back From The Brink!

Found with no Mom anywhere to be seen they are brought to the shelter cold and barely responsive for a second chance at life.

In desperate need of foster care, they are brought to a Los Angeles shelter while a foster family is organized. Patricia Lika steps in to help, but unfortunately despite her best efforts, one tiny kitten passes away losing his fight for life, while his sister battles on.

Only one to two days old the tiny orphan seems determined to live!

The tiny tuxedo latched on the very first time and wouldn’t stop eating until her belly was completely full.

Almost joining her brother, overnight she bounced back from the brink

Patricia gave her the name Zoey, which means life in Greek. Her incredible fighting spirit is what saw her through, she was now 78 grams of fluff.

“Zoey continued to thrive. She became stronger and was gaining weight daily. From the beginning, she was just one of the easiest bottle babies I’ve ever had,” Patricia said.

She gets right down to business at mealtimes, not messing around one bit. As soon as Mom arrives with the syringe she makes her move, crawling forward and latching on.
