Separated From Mom, With No Siblings For Support, She Finds Herself Abandoned And Alone!

A tiny calico kitten kneaded her way into the hearts of a family after being found all alone in a stranger’s backyard.

After somehow becoming separated from her mom, a tiny kitten is found all alone outside a kind-hearted man’s home. After finding her, the man had a look round for other kittens, and maybe even a mom? However, it soon became clear this kitten was very much alone!

After waiting a few hours to see if mom would come back, the man contacted Sparkle Cat Rescue, North Carolina, for help, so the kitten could get the right care and attention she so desperately needed.

After hearing about the little kitten’s plight, Sarah Kelly, a volunteer foster mom, dropped everything and rushed to collect her. Quickly finding that along with being extremely hungry, she had an eye infection, neonate ophthalmia.

Despite the state she was in, as soon as she found herself in a nice soft blanket, she began kneading away, making biscuits like a good thing. “She didn’t stop kneading ALL day,” said Sarah.

After 48 hours of around-the-clock care and attention, with a healthy appetite, the tiny feline was quickly on the road to recovery.

“Since she is a master biscuit maker we named her after Julia Child – the famous TV personality icon,” Sarah said.

If an opportunity to knead presented itself, Julia took it. Air kneading, while taking her bottle, became a favorite pastime.

In no time at all this once skinny kitten’s tiny belly had well and truly filled out.

Determined to thrive, meal time quickly became her favorite time of the day.

A close second, after having her bottle, was belly rub time, all the while making biscuits, of course.

Her positive outlook on life was clearly evident by her almost continuous kneading.
