Clearly In Pain, Carrying A Badly Wounded Leg, He Limps To Their Door Crying For Help!

It was the middle of winter when Walter Santi heard a strange meow coming from behind his front door? Upon opening the door a stray hobbles up to him asking for help!

Walter couldn’t turn him away. He was in such a bad state that he took the injured cat to the vet. X-rays were taken followed by a thorough examination that revealed a whole host of issues! No wonder the cat had gone to Walter looking for help!

Although the rear leg was not broken, it was badly infected. Walters stray had probably been bitten by another cat during a fight, this was why the leg was now so swollen. There was also a bone fracture in the poor boy’s front left leg which was now thankfully in the process of healing.

Then to top things off, the stray had a whole host of internal and external parasites living on and in his body.

Worms, ticks, and fleas had all made him their home! He was given antibiotics to take care of that situation and evict the unwanted interlopers.
