All Of Them Needed Medical Care! One Kitten Was Barely Hanging On

They were surprised to find her trapped where she was, crying for help. When they look on the other side of the fence they get an even bigger surprise!

The team from Alley Cat Rescue were working on a TNR (trap-neutering return) program close to North Hollywood Metro station, Los Angeles. They soon come across a kitten with her head stuck through a fence crying for help. Looking over the fence they find even more kittens!

On the other side of the fence were all her siblings, and all of them needed medical assistance. All of them were ill in some way all another.

But one was worse than all of the others, one was barely hanging on, her eyes closed due to infections, she was touch and go.

All required anti-biotics for upper respiratory infections, all required eye drops, and ointments. Not to mention probiotics and treatment for parasites of all descriptions.

“Meeps was the smallest and sickest and we did not know if she would survive, let alone see again.”

All the kittens were placed into foster care with caring volunteers and were given care around the clock to make sure they recovered.

But Meeps required extra care and attention because of her eyes, she also wanted to cuddle after every meal.

She purred like there was no tomorrow when she was snuggling with her brothers and sisters in their nice warm bed. At last a safe place to sleep after such a tough start in life.
