Walking down the street one day he sees a stray kitten, thinking it would reject him he decided to try and show it some love.

Conner Manning was out taking a stroll one day when he happened upon a cute stray kitten. As it was a stray he was fully expecting rejection but he decided to show it some love. To his amazement the feeling was mutual, things really escalated from there.

What was initially a chance encounter on the street soon blossomed into friendship taking Connor on an unexpected journey filled with love, loss, and self-discovery.

Connor documented the encounter with his affectionate new friend and kept posting live-updates on his Twitter account as it developed into one of the most heartwarming stories we’ve seen in a while.
