After Hearing Her Cries For Help, A Self-Proclaimed Hater, Somehow, Finds Himself Trying To Rescue A Kitten From A Hole!

Pets can come into our lives in the most unexpected ways – but one thing is for sure, in most cases, it would seem it’s just meant to be.

This was certainly the case for one, a self-proclaimed cat hater, who heard some faint cries coming from his backyard.

Imgur user W-Fmean went out to investigate and found a tiny stray kitten trapped in a hole in his fence. As she was the runt, unable to get her out, it would seem Mom had simply abandoned her and moved on.

“She was the runt and the mom abandoned her after moving the litter,” he wrote.

He didn’t know it at the time, but as he dug her out, a beautiful friendship was about to be born. W-Fmean had already decided to care for the cat, essentially taking on the role of the little orphan’s Mom.

The little waif was so young it wasn’t another 10 days before she even opened her eyes. W-Fmean bottle-fed her and warmed her bed every two and a half hours, day and night.

After 11 days had gone by she finally opened her and looked up at him as if to say thank you.

He continued caring for her making sure she was properly fed and cared for. Soon there was to be another change in their lives.
