After It Dropped, She Just Lay There, A Once Active Kitten, She Was Now Completely Unresponsive!

At first, progress was slow.

Progress was very slow to start with. But with each passing day, she started to improve and became more responsive. Even beginning to take an interest in food by licking from a plate and taking her liquids via syringe.

It took the tiny feline four months to recover from the tragic accident. In time she was eating normally, though she remained the same size, most importantly she began to walk.

“I have some effects from this tragic accident… I’m a little slow, I walk in circles to left,” says S’mores on her Facebook page.

Though she has never officially adopted S’mores, the perma-kitten has lived with Tara for most of her life.

Becoming very spoiled in the process.

Her diminutive size becomes more obvious when she is with regular cats.

At two years of age, S’mores is the size of an 8-week old kitten weighing in at only two pounds, but what she lacks in size, she makes up for in attitude.

“She is fierce and bold,” said Tara. Who went on to say that she feels that S’mores was meant to survive the accident to teach people that special needs cats are not that scary.
