Sometimes When You Look Different, You Attract The Wrong Sort Of Attention!

After being bullied for their appearance, a mother and daughter duo of svelte Sphynx cats finally gain the love and attention they deserve.

Mother and daughter Sphynx cats, Rosie and Poppy are finally experiencing the positive attention they deserve on Instagram thanks to their almost hairless pink skin and heterochromia, a rare condition that makes their eyes two different colors. This made the pair look different, even more so with their hairless skin

Their owner, US-based Sarah Henkins began sharing pictures of her beautiful cats on social media a few years ago and began to get ugly comments on the Mother and daughter pairings Instagram page.

Sarah, who is a teacher, stated, “I started our cats’ social media after someone said that they looked ‘weird’ and ‘mean’. People started reacting positively to their photos, and I thought that showed that despite their unique look, people can see how amazing these cats are.”

Sarah added, “I’m a very private and sensitive person, so once the account started getting bigger, and sometimes got negative and hurtful comments, I really wanted to stop posting.
