Slowly Fading Away, His Sister Was Already Passed Out, He Cries For Help, Hoping That Mom Will Come Back!

After hearing some piercing cries for help she finds two kittens, severely malnourished, abandoned in a field of bamboo!

She was feeding her cats one day when she thought she heard a kitten cry for help.

Not being able to find a Moma cat nearby Joan Bowell tried to trace where the cries were coming from.

Not 10 meters from her house she found a very sad sight. Two kittens lay in a field of bamboo, they were in a very bad way.

In fact, one kitten appeared to be unconscious, while the other was filthy and very weak, and badly malnourished. Sadly the first kitten didn’t make it, and Joan knew without the protection of his Mom, especially in his current condition, there was no way the second kitten would make it either.

Orphaned and alone, they were found cuddling. They stayed that way too, never straying far from each other’s side!

Abandoned, sitting on a stump in the middle of nowhere, all she can do is cry for help.

As luck would have it Joan knew just what to do in these sorts of situations. On this Greek Island she runs God’s Little People, an organization that helps stray cats, she knew she would have to work fast to save this one before it was too late.

Giving him the name Chili she found one of his eyes was closed due to a severe infection, in fact, he was in such a poor state he might not survive.

First of all, Joan gave Chili a long-overdue bath to clean him up and made him a bed to keep him warm.

Then around the clock care and feeding began. The first goal for Chili was to make it through the night.
