She Was Moving Into Her New Home When She Suddenly Realized She Was Being Watched!

After buying her new home she began to move her stuff in, when one day she realized she was not alone.

Giselle Bodin Lyons was very excited when she bought her new home. So Much so that she began to gradually move her stuff in gradually, as her old home was only 20 minutes away.

It was on one of her visits as she was beginning to unpack when all of a sudden she realized she was not alone!

There as bold as brass sitting in her garage was a cat who had already claimed Giselles home for herself!

“I just bought a house,” Lyons wrote in a post on Facebook. “It apparently came with a cat. No one told me. I don’t even have a sofa yet, but I have a pet?”

Now Giselle just so happens to work for a local rescued group, so she wasn’t fazed in the least when the cat appeared.

Soon after moving in a stray cat shows up. He made it clear to his girlfriend they were no adopting a cat!

Locked out of her house she asks her cat to unlock the window!

If her new home came with a cat it came with a cat, however, she decided to wait and see if the cat was just a visitor passing through, or if it was, in fact, a tenant.

The cat, of course, was not fazed either and loved hanging out around the house while Giselle unpacked her stuff. Giselle decided to leave food and water out for her new friend, just in case.

She’s seen the cat on a few other visits since then and she’s made it very clear that anything Giselle brings along is now her stuff, too. After all, it was her house first!

Giselle hasn’t officially moved in yet, but as soon as she does, she’ll see if the cat officially lives there too — and Lyons definitely wouldn’t be opposed to that.

“If I move in and she is still around, I will take her in for a health check and decide from there,” Lyons told The Dodo. “I work with a local rescue organization so I’d put her through our normal vetting procedures before adopting her if I did.”

Meanwhile we are betting the cat is wondering what sort of vetting process to put Giselle through?
